2.1 How do I choose the right texture?

We offer Clear, Butter, Cloud, Floam, and more. Each product page lists age recommendations, scent notes, and texture GIFs. Still unsure? DM us on Instagram @YourBrand for a quick match.

2.2 When will my order ship?

All in-stock items leave our studio within 2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking e-mail as soon as the label prints.

2.3 How long does delivery take?

USA & Canada: 3–7 business days.
EU & UK: 7–12 business days.
Rest of world: 10–18 business days (customs permitting).

2.4 What if my slime arrives melted or leaked?

Snap a photo of the jar and packing slip within 48 hours and e-mail support@yourbrand.com. We’ll send a free replacement or refund.

2.5 Will I pay customs duties?

Orders inside the U.S. and Canada are duty-free. International buyers are responsible for local VAT or import fees.
